Arne Clo, an online fashion retailer, has entered into a 10-year lease for a 59,000 square foot industrial unit in the estate managed by Patrizia and owned by Warrington Council.

The deal for 720 Daten Avenue means that the £ 12million phase two of the park’s Cavendish warehouse project, comprising five units totaling 170,000 square feet, is fully leased.

Founded by brothers Reece and Ryan Broadhurst in 2018, Arne Clo went from an initial small unit to its first warehouse in Wigan, before going too big and signing the deal in Warrington Business Park.

Reece Broadhurst said, “We are a North West company and incredibly proud of it. When looking to relocate from our base in Wigan, although we were looking for a considerably large space, we also needed easy access to motorway links and it was important that the new site had all the amenities required for our members of the existing staff. Birchwood Park ticked all the boxes for us.

Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director of Birchwood Park, said: “The North West is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, especially in the fashion industry, and the Arne team is a prime example – with growing so inspiring since its launch just three years ago. “

Warrington’s board acquired Birchwood Park for £ 200million in 2017, one of several boards that have actively pursued building business portfolios in order to create income streams.

Caddick Construction built the Cavendish warehouse designed by AEW. B8RE and JLL were retained as agents.
