CIM Group signs apparel and fashion company Signal Brands for 22,000 square foot office lease in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles


5600 W. Adams now fully leased

LOS ANGELES, December 01, 2021–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CIM Group announced today that it has signed a lease with Signal Brands for approximately 22,000 square feet of creative office space at its 5600 W. Adams building in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Signal Brands, a manufacturer and distributor of world-renowned licensed fashion brands for handbags, small leather goods, luggage and travel accessories including GUESS, Nine West and Steve Madden Australia, is moving its headquarters from Los Angeles at West Adams. Signal Brands also has offices in New York, Italy, Hong Kong and Australia.

The brand new approximately 30,000 square foot creative office building features open floor plates with exposed ductwork, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious outdoor patios. Signal Brands joins entertainment law firm Donaldson Callif Perez at 5600 W. Adams, bringing the property to 100% lease soon after CIM Group receives the certificate of occupancy.

Located on a highly visible stretch of West Adams Boulevard between South Fairfax Avenue and Hauser Avenue, 5600 W. Adams is located in one of Los Angeles’ most desirable neighborhoods, a booming neighborhood with dining options and eclectic entertainment. The property is in a transit-oriented hub near I-10 and California State Route 187, providing easy access to West Los Angeles, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Downtown LA, and is serviced via the E subway line and the upcoming Crenshaw/LAX Rail on Exposition Boulevard and Crenshaw Boulevard.
